The Person Behind the Automations

I'm Erwin — a CRM Automation Specialist who has spent the last four-plus years living inside GoHighLevel, building the systems that agencies and small businesses rely on to capture, nurture, and convert leads without babysitting the process by hand.

I got my start in remote operations and executive assistance, which is where I learned to be organized, detail-obsessed, and genuinely useful to the businesses I supported. When I moved into a GoHighLevel technical support role, something clicked — automation was the piece that turned "keeping the business running" into "making the business grow." I've been building GHL systems ever since: sub-account setups, multi-channel follow-up sequences, AI chat automations, funnels, and the API/webhook plumbing that connects it all to the rest of a client's stack.

Today I work as a freelance GHL CRM & Automation Specialist, architecting end-to-end systems for agency clients — from the first sub-account configuration to the automation that books the appointment and moves the deal through the pipeline.

How I like to work

I test everything before it goes live, document what I build so it isn't a black box, and I'd rather over-communicate during a project than leave you guessing. Most of my career has been fully remote, so clear async updates and dependable turnaround aren't an afterthought for me — they're the job.
